RM 2.3 Where do I upload the actual file?

It feels a bit embarrassing having to ask this, but I've (hopefully succesfully set up the Resource Manager. Now I want to upload a test file. As you can see on the screenshot, I filled in all the required fields, but where do I actually upload the file itself?

Your RM is missing the "Attach Files" button under "Type:" You need to add that in the settings.

Yes, I was attaching a screen shot when you replied.
