XF 1.5 How do I edit the member page PHP?

Hello, XenForo community!

I'm currently working on my site, and I'm doing some banner modifications.
I'm using UI.X (Not really the main issue, but in case it changes some stuff)
I'm trying to hide the staffBanner class, but it still appears "muted".
I tried doing some CSS to the em tag, but nothing helps.
For those who are having issues understanding, this is the tag:

Is there a template for the member page, or a way I can completely hide the banner, while still being "staff"?

Sorry if I wasn't spesific enough. I want to display them as staff, but get rid of the banner. The reason being the "Staff online now" block on the sidebar.

Then the user would not display as staff in any way... I need them to be assigned the "display as staff", but hide the banner

He was referring to the "Show Staff Banner" part of the "User Banners" option in the "User Options" option group.
