XF 2.1 How can a customer immediately cancel a user upgrade (PayPal is gateway)

We use PayPal as a payment gateway for user upgrades.

I've just had a question from a member about canceling an upgrade (recurring subscription) which just went through today. She said there is no cancel button on the upgrades page.

How can I set this up to allow members to cancel their upgrades?

Cancellations are done in the PayPal account.

Just checked with Mike and if the payment API supports it then a cancel button is available in XF.

Our implementation of the PayPal API doesn't support it so it has to be done in PayPal.
