Home stand alone

I am looking for a solution for a home stand-alone system using xenforo. I want to be able to operate this software without having to use a hosting service. Basically having my own test server. I’m looking for ideas if it’s even possible thanks.

You can use a NAS device and install XenForo there. I have it for testing on a Synology NAS.
