Add-on Has anybody done a stand-alone add-on for lazy loading YouTube in XF2 yet?

For XF1 there was https://xenforo.com/community/resources/tpu-deferred-youtube-embedding.4386/ but I don't recall coming across a stand-alone similar add-on for XF2 yet.
