I recently moved from forum.(website).com and changed to using: (website).com. I changed the settings in "Basic Board Information", but when a user clicks "logout", they are sent to forum.(website).com/logout/?_xfToken= - And so they are unable to logout.

Do you have any form of server caching implemented?

You may need to purge that.

No, I don't recall any being implemented but I may need to check. What else could it be?

Other than caching (browser, server, etc.) not much else really.

You can try asking the members to force clear their browser cache to see if that resolves it.

I don't see any reason for this link to function differently from any other link. It's also worth testing with the default style and add-ons disabled.

Seems like its the style. Thing is I went through the whole thing multiple times and didn't seem to find anything :/. Any suggestions as to where specifically it would be?

If it's a third party style, you will need to ask in the resource thread.

Otherwise check the customized components related to the elements involved with the log out functions.
