XF 1.2 Help with usergroup promotions/usergroup banners...

Alright so I've done a search I couldn't find anything. What I want to do is promote usergroups but am unsure how to go about this.

Right now we can only upgrade secondary usergroups (which is fine). But I want about 5 different usergroup upgrades for posts. Each usergroup has a different banner.

1-100 posts: banner 1
2-500 posts: banner 2
500-1000 posts: banner 3
1000-5000 posts: banner 4
5000+ posts: banner 5

What happens with usergroup promotion is that you're still assigned the previous when you get upgraded. So the user will have both banners 1/2 when they're upgraded. Is there a way to make it so the higher posts banner is the ONLY one displayed?

For example if an administrator was to also get this 'user promotion' would that mean that only his 'admin' banner will show if that's highest priority. Is it possible to still show the other (for example banner 1.) ?

Check the options in the ACP - staff + highest is one available.
