Help, I am getting too many messages!

Hi there,

As a forum admin of a new but active forum I am getting as many as 45 new messages a day. I have tried auto replies which direct people to certain places and so forth... I have put something in my signature which says only message me if it is urgent. I am thinking about trying a ticket system or something else to resolve gaming-server related issues.

Any tips for me in this problem?

start with installing a helpdesk, so that users can open support tickets and staff can handle those.
then get an add-on that presents users with a warning if they try message you. mine states that I get more messages than I can read and that support requests should be posted to the helpdesk and any such private message will be deleted.
