XF 2.1 i am getting error 1264 in log file

i am getting error:
MySQL query error [1264]: Out of range value for column 'alerts_unread' at row 1

please help me to fix

This suggests one member has a massively high number of unread alerts, or there has been an issue in the past which has caused the value to be artificially high.

You will likely need to manually edit the database to change the value.
