There is a button for inserting media (videos) from Dailymotion; Facebook; Liveleak; Metacafe; Vimeo; YouTube;
For anything else you would either put the URL
or pay someone to make you an addon.
You could also ask on vk.com about adding a button to embed their videos. The button is added to the editor - editor is the row of buttons for Bold Italic etc above the typing box.
I have seen people here add extra buttons to the editor so it should be possible.
No one will scold because of difficulty with English

If you can provide a URL to an actual video on that site then I will look into the possibility of making a media site out of it.
