Havent seen you in a while

What is the best solution for "havent seen you in a while" email? For people that have been inactive.

The email page only has criteria for Visited since date, but you need NOT Visited since date.

I don't see an addon for this. You should post a request:

Definitely worth having. I thought it seemed weird that it was backwards.
