XF 2.2 Haven't logged in years. Do not remember admin password or email associated with it. Is there a way to retrieve it?

Well it's embarrassing! I haven't logged in years and now can not remember admin password or email associated with it. Is there a way to retrieve my admin login?

Yes if you have access to the database.

First make the password recovery request, get the confirmation code in the database and add it to the password change link. This is the only procedure in case you don't receive the password reset email.
