XF 2.0 Is there a way to not allow posts with links in them for new users?

The one pattern I'm seeing 2-4x per week are brand-new users coming in and creating garbage posts (adding to existing threads) and embedding links in them to bump site references for their crappy sites. Is there a way to disallow posting of links for users that are brand-new until perhaps they post 4 or (N) messages that are good? I didn't see any way to do this... thoughts?
