Have most forums lost traffic from Google since April 2024?

I recomment to check for spam: users website links, spammers put porn, drags, & outgoing emails. Only these 2 can really hurt you website, when you really lost more than 1k organic traffic.

You should never let Google index the user account pages, is crawl budget lost for nothing useful.

You should remove tags and users from the sitemaps also

by disallowing /members/ in robots.txt and not allowing guest to see profiles?

Yes, you can remove them also from the sitemap XML, robots + blocking guests also works.

after upgrading to XF 2.3.2 on 23 August, next day can see indexing goes well. 12k in 12 days

We have now got settings in our threads that we can not have google index our stuff.
I use this often why? Because there are too many people who love to stalk my forum because they might be spoken about on there.
