As designed Hardcoded Error Messages (PayPal)

All of the $errorString variables are hardcoded to specific strings. Would these not make sense to be phrased? Or are the English errors required by PayPal?

They're really just considered to be developer-level debug messages (they're not used by PayPal), which we don't phrase.
