Lack of interest Handling Everything in Report Queue

I would like to be able to, when working on a reported post, do everything I might need, including deleting the post and contacting the post's author, from within the Report Queue. As of now, I must go to the content to delete the post and notify the user, and I cannot see a reason why managing everything to do with a problem post couldn't and shouldn't be handled in one place.
