Circular Navigation's New Features + Improvements!

• added: an option to let you activate "Click on overlay closes the menu" for circular navigation
• added: an option to let you see "Click outside of menu closes the menu" for circular navigation
• added: an option to let you make the tooltip linked to where its icon is linked for circular navigation
• improved: some changes applied in order to add support of DBTech Optimise.
• fixed: it wasing showing menu item twice in very rare situation. now things are as they must....

that would require customization in the template to support it. And there is no option in the add-on to do it now. ()

(btw, if you uncheck the "Tooltip On Hover" then the title and description will be visible without hover, not exactly what you want, but similar. Same thing I'm using currently on xen-pro)
