XF 2.1 Gzip compression & Expire headers

Does anyone know what needs to go into the config.php to have these enabled and also ETags disabled?

Or are these already implemented in 2.1?

I thought this would be on by default. But speedtest at gtmetrix claims gzip is not on, at least for some .js files.
And at Leverage browser caching, I have 0.
And for Defer parsing of JavaScript" I get 31%

Edit: I have even Gzip enabled by Plesk.
