XF 2.3 Group promotions won't work

I can't seem to get the group promotions to work. I have no idea on what I am doing wrong.
Can someone help me please.

I think you can't select more than 1 condition. Not sure but i think i read that somewhere...

Remove the no more than 1999 messages.

Criteria for promotions are based on searching with AND (not OR) so each and every criterion must be met

Exactly, the only way to do OR promotions is one promotion for a group and then add the user to all of the individual groups.

I have them working but the other groups are also showing on the banners, how do I just show the current group?

Thanks that worked but we now it is only showing the admin banner.
