XF 1.1 Google Chrome won't connect to the page?

For a visitor that is trying to access the forum, he is getting this error. Others have registered using Chrome with no problems. Any ideas on how to fix it? I am a bit worried now, on how many people are actually seeing this without saying anything

It's clearly a client problem. Maybe a problem with his ISP or his local internet connection. If he is the only one having problems then he needs to followup on his end.

Would you have any ideas of what the problem would be in particular? Maybe something fixable ?
