Good way to handle "no permission to download"

We have several user upgrades.

How do we tell users which upgrade they need to purchase to get access to the resource they're viewing?



Any suggestions?

You can create a Notice that displays to people who aren't in the user group.

Admin Panel -> Communication -> Notices

Also perhaps with a category or prefix. "Gold" downloads. "Platinum" downloads.

I would use notices in this instance more than likely. Or wrap something in a conditional within the download template itself.

You can also edit the phrase No permission to download to something more explicit.
