XF 1.5 GetIPIntel embed

Hi there,

I was just wondering if anyone knew a good place to embed GetIPIntel to block traffic coming from VPNs. There have been several addons that supposedly support this but none of them have worked how I want them to (i.e not at all).

I just want somewhere I can post an if statement to block the user from accessing our site unless they don't fail the VPN check. (a XenForo error page would be nice but I can live with just my own little error).
