Try downloading the new version again. Re-upload the files again.
Try upgrading with all other add-ons disabled.
Try upgrading by typing library/XenGallery/addon-XenGallery.xml in the server path. Also try upgrading by uploading the XML using the Choose file button and browsing for the XML file on your computer.
It's almost certainly an issue exclusive to you as it hasn't been reported by anyone else.
That would indicate an issue with your server. Your host should be able to advise what specifically is being logged for that error from its error logs.

We test it with a new Install ( Complett XenForo ) and we have NO Server error !!
Now i can say it is The Gallery Add-on.
The Server Config is Korrekt . Maybe you can help now ?
It still appears to be an error specific to your environment as no other customer has experienced the same issue. You would need to consult the various server logs to find out what is causing the Internal Server Error you pictured earlier.
Sry, but is nothing marked in the logs.And with a new install is all Work.

We fix it like This way > ( same Server config )
Komplett new Install > Install Addons > install Database Backup
Now it runs great, we don´t know why the error is coming. but we fix it.
