XF 2.1 Funny looking icons in Admin CP

Why am I seeing these funny looking icons in admincp after upgrading to XF2?

They are font awesome icons that have changed names in the new version of font awesome used in XF 2.1. The add-on needs to update the names (if it already hasn't).

Hmmm... well I've upgraded it already.

Ah, wait. That's in the add-on options for XF. That should be being displayed as a check mark or empty box.

Something else is wrong, not add-on related. Sorry, I'm not sure why they would be displayed that way unless something wasn't uploaded or the upgrade to 2.1 didn't complete for some reason.

Yeah... not really sure. I've tried the fix that has been post here at XF but that did not work either.

Hard to get the settings correct with this happening.

This was a matter of uploading the woff and woff2 fonts again in binary mode.

So... this seems to be an issue with Chrome... is there something special that needs to be done with Chrome to fix the icons?

Well. I've seen that in older versions of Chrome.

Mine shows it's up to snuff...

Version 74.0.3729.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)

@Sonnie, try clearing your browser cache, if you had issues with the file uploads you might be seeing cached versions yet.

If you still see it, if you have a URL guests can view we might be able to give a better answer.

Thanks Kevin... didn't think about that, but it cleared it right up.
