Fresh Install of 2.1.3 taking hours

Hello, I'm doing a fresh install of 2.1.3 on an Ionos dedicated server and it's taking a very long time to install

CPU	Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1230 v6 @ 3.50GHz (8 core(s))
Version	Plesk Onyx v17.8.11_build1708180301.19 os_CentOS 7
OS	CentOS Linux 7.5.1804 (Core)

Memory 16GB
PHP 7.2.21
MySQL
Apache 2.4.6
Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.2.18-MariaDB

There's a few Word Press installations and a VBulletin 4.2.5 forum on other domains pointed at the server.

Can anyone suggest any optimisation to speed it up or problems that could be causing it?

Thanks, Brogan, followed some of the tips here and made some changes to the my.cnf

MySQL and MariaDB Configuration File template (my.cnf/my.ini)

The MySQL and MariaDB default configuration is not very great for production use. Some of the default values in my.cnf should be changed when you need it for business critical applications. The following MySQL configuration file is in our opinion a good average configuration file for MySQL...
