Not a bug Forum overview issue

There appears to be a bug with this widget location:

Forum overview: Top
A position that appears at the top of the forum overview wrapper used by the forum list and the forum "New posts" tab.
Forum overview: Bottom
A position that appears at the bottom of the forum overview wrapper below the content of the forum list and the forum "New posts" tab.

However, they do not appear in "New posts".

Also in Advertising the same locations exist:
Forum overview: Top
Forum overview: Bottom

And also, the ads do not appear in "New posts". Now, in ads, there is no "Forum list" alternative like there is in Widgets, so no option to not show, if they did, but according to the "overview" language, they should.

The "forum overview wrapper" by default will only be included on the forum list. However, there's an option "Forums default page" which can set the default landing page for the "Forums" tab to be "New posts".

In that scenario, that page is also wrapped with the "forum overview wrapper" and it will appear.

It's not designed to appear on the standard "New posts" page. The wording is slightly outdated though so I will change that (New posts is not a tab anymore, though it was briefly during 2.0 development).
