Server issue Forum loading oddly.

I donno if this is a bug or not...but my site MVC3Forum loaded like this:

What happened after a CTRL+F5?
If it's back to normal, it's just your browser that missed something or so, then it's not a bug.
If it keeps coming back like this,check if the default theme has it too.
If the default theme has it, then it's a xenForo bug

this is no bug. sometimes i have it too.
it happens when the server is to slow for the browser.
after CTRL+F5 ists ok.

That's true, your site is very slow.

FWIW, your site loads fine for me, except the login strip seems to show quite a bit more than other forums when it's collapsed.

Hm. Based on the feedback, it looks like my admin needs to optimize the server, or move off his server.

Looks like some of the CSS didn't load. That is generally a server issue (especially if it's sporadic).
