XF 2.1 Forum layout is broken

Hello Xenforo community, I have had a forum for 5 years and nothing similar has ever happened. Curiously, it has also happened in another forum (with both licenses)

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

The resource <URL> was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window's load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate as value and it is preloaded intentionally.

Just saw this thread, I woke up to having .css issues as well, mine is only on my members page, what is going on?

XF 2.2 - .CSS broken on members page?

I woke up this morning, and it seems like my .CSS is broken on my member's page. All the rest of my pages are fine. Nothing has changed recently. Just suddenly unexpectedly? Any ideas?

got reply from knownhost support team, css.php file is showing a 403 error.

5 sites does raise a few eyebrows. These all 2.1 sites?

Looks like it is happening on some of my other pages as well now, I am on v2.2.11.

Problem fixed by knownhost, I must say they are fast.

What did they do so I can tell my host?
