Looks like a missing file. Run a file check:

Admin CP -> Tools -> File Health Check

If any errors are reported then you need to re-upload the original files.

files are ok but it seems like it may be database but i cant repair it

seems to be a theme error

The error names XenForo_Model_Forum. Make sure this file exists:

library/XenForo/Model/Forum.php

My mistake it seem to have been a theme error
