XF 2.1 Forum Bottom Height problem

Hi, As a guest when i view forum i have this extra height (empty space ) at bottom of the forum after copy right line as you can see in screenshot below, how can i get rid of this.Make sure as register user or admin i can't see this height. its okay then.

Go to the addon page in the ACP and disable each one.

i actually had this issue on default theme but it turned out to be related to some template modification i did. i had missed a " in a custom code and it somehow broke it. if the parent theme with no modification is not showing this problem, it is very likely due to some code issue in template changes.
