XF 2.2 Forbid quote for some people?

Is there a practicable solution to forbid quotes for some people?
Can i forbid the use of a bbcode in own posts? But not to have them at all reading posts?


Or do i need an addon like:

if usergroup=pinkystinkies, then replace quote] and everything between ]/quote with nothing, when they post or edit a post?

What is the reason? Because if it has to do with people quoting the first or last post there is an add-on for that.

I have some specialists and they like to quote 2000 words and write one line of text ... so sometimes i wish a "hard" solution like
1) ratio quote/own text or 2) forbid quoting for a week or 3) just delete all quotes for x and y automatically while saving.

Also you could shorten the characters that appear in the quote preview/expand box.

I am still interested in forbidding bbcodes for use a poster, not as reader. I should/will try the options for bbcodes to test, what they do.
