Thanks DF, I absolutely love fish so will definitely enjoy it.
Sea bass is my favourite but I also love red mullet, sea bream and sardines (yummy!).
Preparing Momo well chinese name it as Dumpling ..There are different items for this food .
I love cooking several things (specially asian foods )

Hey Peggy, yeah it is a dipping sauce for the rolls, not straight fish sauce, a mixture of ingredients, it is hot and sweet and sour and salty... I definately wouldn't be drinking it
But I can see why you would think it was soup, kind of looks a bit like it 
They were!
My absolutely perfect meal would be a table crowded with a huge variety such delights, no cutlery, candles or fairy lights (both) and a bunch of fabulous people to talk to... Oh and I better throw in some really good wine into this feast!

Tonight we had a really yummy Indian Fish fry,basically a salmon cutlet marinated briefly in Indian spices and herbs, then pan fried, served with salad, was very delicious!
