Fixed Follow feature

I love the follow feature, it makes it a more 'involved' experience about the interesting content for you and your friends.

The popup that happens when you click on an avatar in a post has 'Follow', and I have two comments (preferences) about that:

- Follow is still follow, even when you're following.
- Follow goes to a new page, from where you have to press submit, and then you have to manually go back to the post. I prefer clicking follow, changing into following, and you can continue with the thread (topic).

Shouldn't be too expensive to query whether or not you are already following someone and update the link accordingly.

Could also add an ajax follow action to avoid having to leave the page you're on with the overlay.
