Fixed Floating notice - footer margin

I'm aware the fixed notices require the margin to be there but is it necessary to add the margin-bottom to the p-footer if just a floating notice is enabled in desktop? This just looks weird:

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XF release (2.1.0 RC2).

Change log:

Only apply a margin to the footer element for bottom fixed notices (rather than floating notices)

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
