Fixed Flickering in the Rich Text Editor

I have no way to record video, at least not since CamStudio stopped working for me.

I seem to only be able to get it with the B in the typeface options, so position the cursor so it's at the bottom left of the border that appears when a typeface option is hovered over. It will need a bit of playing around with, but I can consistently reproduce it.

Fixed. This was down to a border radius being applied only when hovering, which meant that you were no longer triggering hover, removing the radius, triggering hover, adding the radius, no longer hovering...
