Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 6029312) (tried to allocate 84 bytes) in /home/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx/library/Zend/Db/Statement/Mysqli.php on line 304

I've been getting this problem time to time.

My host set my php limit to 512mb

Not sure what else to do here.
There are no threads awaiting for moderation.

Thanks guys, I submitted the ticket , unfortunately the host is being terrible as of late since it's takes them nearly a day to reply to a ticket...time for me to consider looking for a new vps server provider soon.

Ehhh... managed or unmanaged? If unmanaged, and around $65 a month is not out of your ball-park you can get a dedicated 24GB dual Xeon L5520 2x1TB SATA III 100Mbps unmetered service from ServiceConnect. That's what my forum is currently running on (except I upped it to a 30TB @ 1Gbps link). I ordered another with dual 128GB 840 Pro SSD's in it yesterday. They are having a "summer sale" on them and they normally go for around $149. So far I've been very pleased with the support (what little I've had to use) and the speed of the site.

Sorry missed that, will open a ticket tonight about it and see if they can do this.
Here is also an attachment of mysqlmymonlite.

woah that's one beefier VPS or bugged.. look at your memory size reported at 8192GB yes Gigabytes !

Okay just to update everyone, now I am getting this pop up:

The server responded with an error. The error message is in the JavaScript console.
I looked into the error logs, but there are no errors showing in there.

I am no longer getting a blank page anymore.

Thanks,

Try going to your httpd.conf file, and looking for RLimitMEM. Remove the line (or comment it out) if it exists, restart Apache and see if that does the trick. Your php.ini generally looks normal.

Did you check your apache/nginx error log? I got that before and it ended up being an add-on (can't remember which one it was). Have you tried disabling your add-ons in your xenForo config file?

I am not an expert when it comes to apache error log reading, but here is a small bit

I am not an expert when it comes to apache error log reading, but here is a small bit

Who are you hosted with? Do you have shell access?
When I run top on my 2GB VPS this is what I get

example.webp

and atop gives me this

example1.webp

As you can see, it's reporting the memory assigned to my VPS. Your image is showing 40 times that amount.... where in the heck are you getting a 80+GB VPS from?
Also, it looks like xcache is having problems also?

I've been troubleshooting this with my hosting provider for a week, which is fully managed. I am using Big Brain Global Networks.

I'll have them take a look at xcache, I doubt that's causing problems.

Then the top you reflected is the base server one, not your VPS one. Again, do you have shell access? Also, did they implement the suggestion WSWD gave you?

Yes, we implemented the suggestion WSWD mentioned few posts back.
And yes, I do have SSH access.

Code:
login as: xxxxxxx
root@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx's password:
Last login: Sat Jun 1 08:49:39 2013 from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
root@server [~]# top
top - 10:09:24 up 1 day, 1:12, 2 users, load average: 0.21, 0.10, 0.08
Tasks: 54 total, 1 running, 53 sleeping, 0 stopped, 0 zombie
Cpu(s): 4.5%us, 0.3%sy, 0.0%ni, 95.1%id, 0.0%wa, 0.0%hi, 0.0%si, 0.0%st
Mem: 8589934588k total, 3165668k used, 8586768920k free, 0k buffers
Swap: 0k total, 0k used, 0k free, 1660352k cached

That's about 8TB of RAM showing up in his figures, not 80GB. There is obviously something wrong somewhere.

Duh... just woke up... but something is screwy in Denmark. Are there even servers out there that you can install that much RAM in that would be "production line" use? I know I've read about some stuff, but the cost was sky high.

So, your VPS has 8TB of memory? Again, like WSWD said, something is screwy. You previously stated you had a 2GB + 1GB swap.

I am honestly considering migrating over to a new vps host because this is sad since I am running out of options.
Obviously there is a screw up somewhere in the server setup, they migrated me 2 days ago to a new machine to see if it would fix the issue, obviously it didn't.

And as far as I know, I signed up for a 2GB VPS + 1GB Swap and another 1GB ram addon.
I am not paying anything extra based on the last invoice...

You appear to be having more trouble than I'd expect, and if your host has been "on it" for a week and it still isn't resolved, perhaps it's time to move to a new server/host?

how much you paying $$$/month for the current VPS ?

how much you paying $$$/month for the current VPS ?

Just a rough guess looking at the Hosting website, between $45-55 a month minimum.
I'm getting a full blown 24GB dedicated server for just a little more (granted, it doesn't have RAID drives - but for me I don't care since I keep backups of everything and the host response time is normally an hour or two to replace most hardware).

Duh... just woke up... but something is screwy in Denmark. Are there even servers out there that you can install that much RAM in that would be "production line" use? I know I've read about some stuff, but the cost was sky high.

Ha ha ha! Well...you "can" technically get 8TB of RAM into a server, but his server isn't going to have that. There would be no reason to ever do that in a VPS node and it would be completely cost-prohibitive. I don't understand where that number is coming from, to be honest. I believe 64-bit processes have 8TB of virtual address space, but that shouldn't be showing up in TOP. I have no clue what's happening with that.
