Cannot reproduce Failed after install

The install worked fine but now it just says ops something went wrong. I dont know where to begin.

Check under Admin CP > Setup > Route filters.

If there's an entry for xengallery/ then it should be removed, it's no longer needed.

This is something that keeps cropping up though, despite there being some fairly clear code for handling it, so we'll take a look at this further.
