MG 2.2 Problem with Uploads after install.

New Xenforo user (xenforo 2.3.0 / XFMG 2.26).Add on installed and displays when link clicked. ON trying to upload an image file, it appears to be uploaded properly, but nothing is in either of the two directories that I have selected for storage. I do have GD and Imagemagik installed and being loaded in the php.ini that is loaded.

Any hints to get a file uplaoded?

What is the URL to your site. Did you upload an attachment to a post instead of the Media Gallery? They are 2 different things. What version of Xenforo are you running, 2.2 doesn't have support for webp.... but 2.3 does, though 2.3 is still in beta.

Xenforo 2.3.0, XFMG 2.2.6, tried uploading to media (Check out the third screen shot, with the dog picture). Can't get past that part, nothing gets saved. Any special permissions on whatever directory it is attempting to save to?

Indeed, updating XFMG to version 2.3 resolved the same issue for me as well.

Whoo! Media Gallery 2.3 accepts uploads (Makes sense, thanks for pointing that out people!)

Now I have a slider on my front page (https://www.ikingman.com) I have "Enable responsive slides" checked, but I can not find where i can add the url for the particular picture to go to when clicked.

When the picture is clicked it need to go to a website, not the picture inside of the gallery. Any ideas?

It's not made for that, you could modify how it works but you'll have to dig deep into the code...

I am willing to dig, I am not very good, but the willingness is there.

Do you know of any addon that would do this out of the box? (I thought carousels that operate this way were very common).

External. Just using it as a promotion area for local businesses /non-profits. Linking their logos to their websites.
