Ensure that Facebook embeds are always responsive.

There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.

Note that this is sort of a Facebook bug as well, as this embed is simply not responsive (even with a tweak to our embed code). We've made some changes to force the width to be limited, but Facebook still allocates too much height so it may trigger some blank space. That's not really something we can prevent.
