Facebook Setup Problem

Hi, i'm at my wits end over this. I have been trying for over 3 hours to get the facebook application to work with no success. I have just opened a facebook account today and i'm completely lost.

When i try and login with the forum i get a message saying

An error occurred while connecting with Facebook. Please try again later.

If i check the admin panel i get

Facebook returned the following error: Code was invalid or expired..

I don't know why facebook makes it so dam hard. Any assistance with the gratefully recieved.

The response from the Facebook tool would suggest a problem with the application ID or secret you have entered.

Presumably you've double checked these are correct?
Like wise with the actual data in the app?

Thanks Brogan. I have gone through the help document and i still have the same problem. I have tryed all apps disabled and even tryed using the default style with no result. Anything else i can try?

Not really.
The error is being returned by Facebook so there's very little that can be done at this end.

Unless it's server related, in which case it would need someone like Mike to debug that.

I can take a look in the ACP and FB App if you like but if you've already gone through the steps and confirmed everything, there's not much else I can do.
