XF 1.3 Facebook Connect issue on IE

I have been testing my website's Facebook Connect. When you sign up via Chrome in FB it seems to work well – you sign up through FB and it takes you to the page seen in the photo below.
But, when you try to sign up via FB in IE it does not bring you back to the attached page – it takes you straight to the home page. So, in IE, you do not get to ‘Create a New Account’ or ‘Associate Existing Account’. (You only get to the attached page if you hit ‘Login with Facebook’ after you are taken to the homepage, after being brought back to the website from FB).

How can this issue be fixed in IE?

Thank you

I cannot replicate this issue. Here's the settings from both FB and the forum itself, though. Could anyone verify that these are correct, please?

Forum:

Thanks :)

It looks ok.

Are you accessing the site in IE from:

http://ukeconomy.tv
or
http://www.ukeconomy.tv

I used the former.

Edit: Just tried from Chrome after ensuring I was signed out from both FB and the forum, and it worked the exact same way. No being taken back to the homepage of the forum (which I did experience earlier in Chrome).

Could this kind of stuff be related to not having signed out from FB before? (I have to admit I loathe FB, and barely ever use it. I remain signed in, but am inactive on it for weeks in-between I think. I'm actually pondering simply deleting my account there altogether, as I do not trust that site one bit (Hi NSA!)).

Your site should only ever be available at a single URL and effectively http://ukeconomy.tv and http://www.ukeconomy.tv are two different URLs. It can cause issues with the indexing of your content (duplicate content) and can affect the browsing experience (you may be logged in at http://ukeconomy.tv but not http://www.ukeconomy.tv).

It can cause problems. But you should know that because we've had this discussion before :p

I would expect that the Facebook login will not work in any browser if you try it via: http://www.ukeconomy.tv.

However, it appears as though Peter has eliminated this as the cause.

ok, Peter, I just tested thoroughly and it only works perfectly in IE if I go to http://ukeconomy.tv only - if i go to http://www.ukeconomy.tv/ or www.ukeconomy.tv or to ukeconomy.tv it does not work in IE - so, I think if you can make http://www.ukeconomy.tv/ and www.ukeconomy.tv and ukeconomy.tv all direct only to http://ukeconomy.tv the problem is solved...
