XF 1.4 External Accounts Error: unable associate FB account

Hi,
i have XF 1.4.3
My users are unable to pair with the facebook account when they go on External Accounts in User Panel.
The Facebook integration works ok, the test in ACP is ok. The FB sharing etc etc works ok....

Yes, for me it works.
For testing the problem reported by my user , i created new Test account in my forum and new FB account
When i associate the Test user on my site with FB account, i have this screen


In english the message says " App not configured. The developers of this application have not properly configured to access facebook"

Your site is available on two domains - www and non-www.
I suspect that is the problem.

You need to ensure it is only available at one domain and configure the FB app to match.

Thanks, now i try

Now i configured my forum to www domain, i updated my FB APP with www.domain my i still have the error, nothing changed

In routing index forum in ACP General Information i have media/
Maybe could be this the probem?

Solved, the FB App was in Off state in Status and Review section

This has been resolved via ticket.

The app wasn't live.
