Experience upgrading from Beta 1 to Beta 2

I've just finished updating Curious Cosmos from Beta 1 to Beta 2 and had ZERO issues.

1. Uploaded the files
2. Went to /install
3. Watched it go

Extremely easy, you guys did a great job!

I'm getting (always) an Error

What happens on the next page then? It should give an actual error if one occurs, or it should just continue on.

The first error was a db timeout, then i got an other error (duplicate....) and then it worked

You have disable any addon before?

Turn on debug mode, rerun the upgrade, it will continue where it was and if it errors, it will spit out more details. At least upon refresh of the page it will then disclose which part it was erroring on.
