XF 1.4 exif data stripped out

One of my users has noticed exif data is removed from jpeg attachments. Is that normal? If required could it be left in?

It would usually be removed as a result of being resized. So, if you have maximum dimensions set then that will strip the EXIF data out if it is resized.

I can't remember but we may well cache the EXIF data before resizing in XFMG so that could potentially be a solution.
