Scandal submitted a new resource:

Strip JPG Attachments EXIF Data - This addon strips/ removes inline any jpg EXIF data uploaded via your Attachments/Media Gallery etc.

This addon strips/ removes inline any jpg/jpeg exif data uploaded via your Attachments and Media Gallery system. It keeps only the icc so as to not affect the display of the image.

This can protect your member's sensitive data like GPS coordinates being accessed from 3rd people.

I'd love to use this, but I'm worried about Imagick's vulnerabilty. The last time I checked, it was still dicey. Has that changed?

Since you noticed it and I'm not 100% sure, I deleted the addon.
I see that the most recent issues of Imagick are for png and tiff, not jpg, but since we're not 100% sure maybe I have to find a more safe way so as to be 100% sure that it will not have vulnerabilities. Thanks for notice it .
