Excluding a user from What's New?

Is it possible to exclude a user from what's new, rather than a forum?
I have a user called "NewsBot", and all registered feeds are posted under that username. I'd like to exclude those posts from what's new, but show when a real person replies to any of them.

Not with out an add-on, no. I do not believe I have seen one either.
