XF 2.2 Blocking a user from receiving new call messages

I want to prevent a user from receiving new private messages, in an existing conversation.
From what I checked in the permissions, if I prevent a user from receiving new conversation messages, it does not prevent him from receiving messages in an existing conversation.
How is this possible to implement?
