Is this something to worry about?
 
This is a fundamental table that isn't even touched in the 1.5 upgrade, so it would be concerning for it to not exist. Does this always happen?
 
It's something you'll have to accept them most likely. Hopefully that isn't indicative of any other errors. The only thing I would check is to make sure you're not too close to having a full disk (where MySQL's data is notably).
