Duplicate error when deleting profile field

I messed up one of my profile fields so I wanted to delete it and make a new one.
It half way deleted it and I get this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined method XenForo_DataWriter_UserField::_deleteExistingValuePhrases() in /home/xxx/public_html/library/XenForo/DataWriter/UserField.php on line 284

The ID was: ForumScripts
now it says this and I can't delete it
Edit Field: user_field_ForumScripts

It's also showing in the users profiles, I don't see how I can deactivate it.
I can just remove it in the database tonight when I get home but thought it might be something common in 1.1.
