XF 1.4 Error uploading resources

I tried uploading a resource and i get this error? Please help!

I had the same kind of problem.
mod_security was my issue. Ask your host to disable it for your forum. Let me know if this works out for you.

An issue like this can happen if your php.ini post_max_size is lower than the size of the file you're uploading.

What can i do to fix this problem? Contact my webhost??

If you know how to do it yourself, you can edit the php.ini file to change it.

Otherwise yes, contact your host and ask them to do it.
